Client Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions

 

“I am looking to expand my client base through word of mouth recommendations from satisfied customers.

If you are pleased with the service you have received, please recommend me to friends, family and colleagues. 

In return I am offering a £50 gift voucher from a high street store of your choice for every person or business who becomes a new client through your recommendation.”

 

1. Eligibility

  • The introductory offer from Hannah Cowell Financial Services Limited is exclusively available for new clients introductions.

  • The referral programme is available for existing clients who have experienced and use financial services.

  • The referee must live at a different address to referrer.

  • The referee and referrer must be over the age 18 years of age.

  • The referee and referrer must be UK residents.

 

2. Client Referral Programme

  • As a valued client, your recommendation is the highest compliment. Should you be delighted with the service you have received, you are warmly invited to introduce friends, family, or colleagues.

  • In appreciation, a £50.00 gift voucher to a high street retailer of your choice will be presented for each new client who uses services from your personal recommendation.

 

3. Qualifying Referrals

To ensure the integrity of this programme, a referral will qualify once the following conditions are met:

  • The referred individual is a new client.

  • Your name is provided at the time of enquiry.

  • The referred client proceeds with and completes their first service in full.

 

4. Reward Fulfilment

  • Your £50.00 gift voucher will be issued within 45 days of the referred client’s completed and paid service.

  • Retailer selection is subject to availability.

5. Voucher Conditions

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and hold no cash equivalent.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted.

  • Any terms set by the chosen retailer will apply.

 

6. Multiple Referrals

Hannah Cowell Financial Services Limited are pleased to reward multiple introductions. A £50.00 voucher will be awarded for each qualifying new client, with no formal limit, provided all criteria are met.

 

7. Exclusions

  • Self-referrals are not permitted.

  • Referrals within the same household or organisation may be excluded at our discretion.

 

8. Offer Integrity

This programme is designed to reward genuine recommendations. Hannah Cowell Financial Services Limited reserve the right to withhold rewards where the criteria have not been fully satisfied.

 

9. Cancellations & Non-Completion

Should a referred client cancel or not complete payment, the referral reward will regrettably not be issued.

 

10. Amendments

Hannah Cowell Financial Services Limited reserve the right to amend or withdraw this programme at any time, while always striving to honour referrals already in progress where reasonably possible.

 

11. Liability

Hannah Cowell Financial Services Limited cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected vouchers once issued.
